Purpose and Description of the Service

The purpose is to establish and regulate the terms and conditions related to the process of requesting and purchasing products from Hotels Ultonia between the Customer and the Hotel. “The User” is the person who browses the Hotels Ultonia online store website without making a purchase or using a service. “The Customer” is the User who, in addition to browsing the website, completes a purchase or service process.

Fees/ VAT

Hotels Ultonia will charge the Customer for the purchase of products according to the rates currently in effect in Hotels Ultonia’s commercial offer, which will be available to the Customer on the Hotels Ultonia online store. The current rates, prices, discounts, and taxes are itemized based on the products purchased. Changes in the rates due to legally applicable taxes to the Customer, which will come into effect on the legally established date, will not be considered modifications of the rates. In accordance with Article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of products will be considered as taking place in the territory where Spanish VAT applies when the delivery address is within this territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. It also provides for the transposition of Article 34 of European Directive 2006/112/EC, which regulates the application of the General Rule and the Special Rule for distance sales with delivery destinations in another EU country. We may charge shipping costs, which will vary depending on the product and the shipping method. All shipping costs will be billed separately, detailed, and added to the final amount of the order.
